It is very nice looking, it has silver candy under the blue paint so it really shines. The sound quality is fine. We've only had it a week and so far it's been perfect for what we purchased it for. There is some buzzing on the E and A strings, and I was dissapointed that they only sent one replacement G string. I don't know much about playing bass, but it seems to me if you're going to send one replacement string, shouldn't you send them all? The only other issue I have is that in the description, it says this package includes a carrying strap. I took that to mean the strap you put on the bass so you can play it while you are standing up. We didn't get a strap at all. The gig case is nice and the guitar stand is high quality. All-in-all it's worth the price, especially for begining players. I will be contacting the company to see what they mean by "carrying strap" and if they will do anything for me. If so, I will be writing a new review to include their customer service.
