    My 6′2″ high school son who is just starting to take drum lessons is very happy with our purchase. His drum teacher is too. Even though it is a beginner set, the sound isn’t too bad. As the drum teacher explained, he too started with a basic set in high school and slowly upgraded his set as he earned the money to do so, exchanging for better pieces over the years. The sound is certainly not professional, but it isn’t awful either. My son’s height has not been a factor either. He has been very comfortable and has enjoyed showing off his set to his friends. The product arrived very quickly, was well packaged, and arrived in good shape.
