In this presentation, Brian Bright shows us a new mode called Party play. He also tells us a few new features. Every talk I have done about Activision, someone says I am wrong or lying. So this year we take it right from Brian Bright’s mouth! So if I say they are copying a feature, there should be no argument!!

guitar hero 5 is shit. I bought it and I was dissappointed… and I want my money back.

what the pro players want is a new guitar hero game with metal/ rock such as yngwie malmsteen, Children of Bodom, Van Halen, Wintersun, michael angelo batio etcetc…

GH vs RB??? Have you ever tried Frets on Fire X? Well you should…. with custom themes graphics are identical and you can play with a Pc keyboard or with a gh or rb guitar (or drums)… but while GH has 90 songs Fofix has more than 3k

It doesn’t matter who copies who. They are making both games better, so shut up. Would you rather prefer guitar hero but miss some features in rock band that you like or vice versa? No, you wouldn’t, so shoosh. >.>

the developers of rockband were the developers of guitar hero 1 2 and rock the 80s. then after 3 when it wasnt harmonix it went down the tubes

no its more than that. its about activision being greedy little idiots. they keep releasing game after game in such a little time span, charging people $60 each. rock band is WAAAY better cause they focuse on DLC and expand their current game instead of releasing 20 games in a year just to compete. face it, the GH franchise from 2005 is dead!! GH IS A SELL OUT!!!

Everyone is so Anti-Guitar Hero now. The games are still brilliant in my opinion, but of course 2 things of the same kind cant exist in this world without conflict between the two. This fight is very bias tho, everyones like “Omg they copied the hammer on chord!” but if rockband copied Guitar Hero’s sustain thing rockband doesnt have thing then no one would even care

People need to realize that the makers of the first two Guitar Hero… are the makers of Rock Band. So RB did not copy GH if you go by technicality.

yeah guitar hero is losing the match with rock band. once you start blatantly copying ideas just to keep up with your competitor, you ultimately fail and can never go back to what made your product good to begin with.

No you haven’t made any point. Yes, Guitar Hero came out first, but GH was made by Harmonix. Harmonix then made Rock the 80’s and 2. They sold the rights to Neversoft, then made Rock Band. Therefore, only Guitar Hero copied off Rock Band.
