I really like this stand and has several options for height. It is quite sturdy and has options for table clamps or metal legs.

The only caveat with this product is if you need to adjust the height, you must completely disassemble the entire product to make the adjustment. This poses a time issue if you are using it at a gig, and the height needs to be adjusted on the fly.

Other than that, it's a great product.

The rack itself is very sturdy built and affordable but it has it's problems. I bought this rack because there are very few laptop racks out there that's coffin mountable. Other more expensive racks can't be mounted on a coffin.

Here are the problems:

1. no manual or direction. You're on your own but assembly is not hard.
2. The clamp holes has no teeth for the special screw that comes with it to grip on for coffin mount. This is an obvious faulty design from Marathon. I had to get my own screw and wing nut.
3. The rack was made for at least a 10" mixer gap so anything smaller can be a problem. I have a 6" mixer which is more narrow than the rack width itself. So I had to clamp the rack at the end corners of my 6" mixer gap at a 45 degree angle.

other than that is a good affordable rack over all.

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I actually use two of these side by side as stand alones above my midi keyboard. One is for my laptop and the other for my mixer. It works out perfect for my gigs!

This item is identical to the Odyssey brand also found here on Amazon, but for twenty dollars less. Can't go wrong.
