Not once did this guy use his china.

this guy should of won mainly because he was solid all the way through he nailed every category as far as showmanship a deep pocket and his fills were percise he honestly left me wanting more dont worry bro you have what it takes to back up a real artist you filled tht pocket up bro!!

He should have won just because of the small kit he plays on. He played better on that kit than a lot of guys do with 20 drums and 25 cymbals.

I bet he came in 2nd.

his blues druming stuff is different to the others who use genres like metal punk rock samba and latin but i think blues lost himalot of respect from da judges

@startrooper64 its a 5 minute drum solo…when the guy taps them on the back, it informs them that they have a minute left.
August 6th, 2010 at 5:27 am
@startrooper64 Yes, they did it at Cobham’s video too.
August 6th, 2010 at 5:50 am
I’ve been a fan of this guy since Imajin!!
August 6th, 2010 at 6:11 am
What does the guy tap you on the back for? Is it to inform you that your time is limited? I saw that on Ramon’s video, too.

Damn…Guys like this dude make me feel like a poser. Then it drives me to practice even more. He’s got serious skill and chops.

August 6th, 2010 at 7:16 am
this dude can really play. I’d like to jam with him.

What creativity and power. Definitely proud of Jamal.

His playing was far better than the others, in my opinion. Everyone else used more showboating than technique. His playing seems drumline inspired, and totally on point. What most people don’t comprehend is that technique is more than just playing quick and loud. The most innovative drummer of this bunch, by far.

He’s good, but the others were all better.
August 6th, 2010 at 11:41 am
I agree, he definitely has the best transitions and build-up. Lots of power, too.
