Ah….The age of self medication.
However. He has helped shape the world. Well placed chords and nice lead GTR
gained more major importance to mainstream music.
R.I.P. the edge..

Beatles are still the greatest band ever, G. Harrison was the spirit, J. Lennon the heart, P. McCartney the brain and Ringo the fun…

@MASTERoftheNOAH I agree, but keep in mind he was older by that time.

@rr7firefly He was friends with the guys from Monty Python, too. He was responsible for making sure “Life of Brian” was finished – he started HandMade Films solely to provide funding for it.
HandMade Films produced Time Bandits, Withnail & I – so many great films.

A timeless classic song

This is when George had his best style. His hair and beard were best in this fad. I really don’t like him without a beard or having hair like in the related video “George Harisson, Eric Clapton, Ringo Starr, Phil Collins, and Elton John.”

@kylaskicuspus beatles were overrated how? as musicians maybe.. but as having an impact on music defintly not. people accuse them of plagiarism but music is full of plagiarism they just took ideas and gave to the mainstream audience. (it worked.. no one can ARGUE WITH THAT) Other than maybe Elvis not many people have had the hold on the world like them.

George Harrison es mi beatle favorito, su musica, desde “While My Guitar Gently Weeps” en el album blanco, nos muestra lo posible que es agregar, no solo un sentimiento sino, tambien, una filosofia dentro de una melodia. Peace and Love for Everyone (and beware of darkness)
